Mail Valet - Email management taken to a new level!
Keep your Inbox empty, and your in-coming emails
prioritized, sorted, color-coded, and sent to the right
folders, as they arrive.
An easy-to-use interface allows you to set up any
number of user-defined folders, and configure each
folder individually to be most effective, depending
on how you want to use it:
- Emails can be automatically sorted by priority or
by time of arrival, for each folder.
- Emails are presented with a priority color-coding
scheme for each folder, or all one color.
- IMAP accounts can be configured to check either
a single In-box, or to sync multiple folders, as
selected by the user.
- Icons are presented with each email, indicating
attachments (or none), and previously read (or not).
- Email "routing rules" can be created automatically
as you move emails manually to a folder, so that
future emails from the same sender, or with the
same subject, or with several other criteria that you
can select, will be sent directly to the selected
folder, without more manual effort in the future.
Numerous other productivity features are available,
such as:
- Selecting all emails in a folder, and moving, deleting,
or marking as "read" or "unread".
- Multi-selecting a small or large group of emails in a
folder, and moving, deleting, or marking as "read"
or "unread".
- Creating email "profiles" which provide model emails
that can be modified and sent out quickly, when you
must send repetitive, similar emails.

selection by topic index.

them directly to the "Trash" folder.
